A comprehensive system of bodywork, done on the floor, with
a variety of techniques ranging from simple holding points
on the body to techniques requiring flexibility and dexterity.
Breema practitioners release deep muscular tension and realign
the body without force, using a repertoire of hands-on treatment
and flowing movement sequences. The practitioner moves the
client gently by stretching, twisting or leaning on body
parts to increase flexibility and create a deep sense of
relaxation.
Benefits/Contraindications

training is a 165-hour certificate program. The therapy
training emphasizes the benefit of a nonjudgmental, harmonious

A Breema practitioner certificate is achieved through classroom
and workshop instruction, and intensive programs.
